Shipping

Every engraved order ships from St. Petersburg, Florida within 48 business hours via UPS with tracking. Free shipping on orders over $75. Apparel is printed to order and ships separately from our print partner in 5–8 business days.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available yet.

Returns

Personalized and engraved items are made to order and are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or engraved differently than what you entered at checkout, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will remake and reship it at no cost.

Unengraved items and apparel may be returned unused within 14 days for store credit. Customer pays return shipping.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to purchase from Fresh Collects. Adult signature may be required at delivery on select orders.
