Most FreshCollects orders are fulfilled after we secure the piece: expect 3–5 days for sourcing and QC, then standard shipping. High-value items may require signature confirmation.

You can cancel before we ship. Once a piece is purchased and in transit to our QC desk, we’ll confirm before proceeding if timing slips.
